The platform helps users create AI-assisted content, manage connected social accounts, publish and schedule posts, analyze engagement and performance, manage replies and conversations, and optimize social strategy. PhotoPost.AI is not a spam automation platform and does not provide fake engagement, artificial followers, or unauthorized automation.

Meta Platform Usage

PhotoPost.AI uses Meta APIs only for features explicitly requested and authorized by the user. We rely on official Meta OAuth, access only user-owned or user-managed accounts, request Meta-approved permissions, and collect the minimum data necessary to provide the requested services.

Requested Permissions and Usage

threads_basic

Accesses the authenticated user's Threads profile basics so the user can connect their account and validate ownership. The user is responsible for ensuring they connect only accounts they own or manage.

threads_content_publish

Publishes Threads posts on behalf of the authenticated user after the user has reviewed and confirmed the content and scheduling details.

threads_manage_insights

Retrieves Threads post performance insights for the authenticated user. Insights are visible only to the authenticated user within PhotoPost.AI.

threads_read_replies

Reads replies to the authenticated user's Threads posts so the user can monitor conversations and engagement. The user is responsible for reviewing and responding.

threads_manage_replies

Allows the authenticated user to respond to replies and manage conversations directly in PhotoPost.AI. All actions are initiated by the user and tied to their authenticated account.

Facebook and Instagram Permissions

PhotoPost.AI supports Facebook Pages, Instagram Business accounts, Threads profiles, and WhatsApp Business assets for publishing, analytics, connected asset display, and engagement workflows. Access is limited to assets explicitly connected by the authenticated user.

User Workflow

1Sign up for PhotoPost.AI and create a workspace.
2Connect Meta accounts through official Meta OAuth.
3Grant only the permissions needed for the selected publishing and analytics features.
4Generate AI-assisted content drafts based on the brand profile and campaign goals.
5Review, edit, and approve posts before scheduling or publishing.
6Publish or schedule content to connected assets through Meta APIs.
7View engagement metrics and insights inside PhotoPost.AI dashboards.

Data Handling

Platform Integrity

PhotoPost.AI prohibits spam, fake engagement, unauthorized automation, impersonation, misleading content, and platform manipulation. Users remain responsible for the content they publish and for compliance with Meta platform policies.
